A huge, unprecedented 16 page magazine insert. Folded and was originally stapled to the inside of a magazine. 

The British magazine Kerrang had a huge magazine poster insert in one of their issues from the late '80s. Not exactly life-size, it measures 20 x 65 inches, or 5 feet 3 inches.
