If you do not want to
order with a credit card it is very simple to pay by cash, check or money
order by following the steps below:
1)
Add your items to the
shopping cart as usual.
2)
When you get
to the SHIPMENT SUMMARY page, there is a drop-down menu at the bottom that
is selected as "Credit card" as the default. Change it to "PhoneFax".
Press "Continue" and then complete the order without having to enter
credit card information. Hit "Complete order" and you are done.
3)
Print out the
order form and send payment for the total to the address below.

You can can just as
easily make your own order form if you do not have a printer. . On a blank
sheet of paper simply write your NAME, ADDRESS, ITEMS YOU WANT, and the
TOTAL. Be sure to include $6 for postage.
