Returns

You may return anything you buy from KISSmuseum.com for an exchange or refund,  no questions asked! Just follow these four simple rules:

1) You must first contact us, as some items require special instructions.
2) Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
3) Must be returned in the same or similar shipping packaging.
4) Place a note with return stating name, address and specific instructions,  (do you want a replacement, refund, etc).

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOTHING THAT HAS BEEN WORN OR WASHED.

If there has been a mistake on our end, we will pay all postage. If you smply want to return something, then you pay postage.
