You may return anything you buy from the
KISS MUSEUM for a full refund, no questions asked! Just follow these four
simple rules:
1) You must first contact us, as some items require special instructions.
2) Items must be
returned within 30 days.
3) Must be
returned in the same or similar shipping packaging.
4) Place a note
with returned item stating name, address and specific instructions, (do you
want a replacement, refund, etc).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOTHING THAT HAS BEEN WORN OR WASHED.
If
there has been a mistake on our end, we will pay all postage. If you simply
want to return something, then you pay postage.
Understand that
when we ship an item to you, it is OUR responsibility until you receive it.
When returning, the item is YOUR property and responsibility until we
receive it. Use extra care when packaging. You may want to use
insurance
or
delivery confirmation
if it is an expensive item. HINT: If you ship by
UPS, insurance and
tracking is included for free.
