KISS Alive II Vinyl LP. Includes picture inner sleeves, Evolution of KISS booklet, and top half of the order form.

Inner sleeves are in good condition, though one is slightly split at the bottom.

Booklet is in great condition, 9/10. Has small hole at the top.

Scratch on Side 2, 8/10 condition. Still plays perfectly on our RCA turntable. Other record is fine, 9/10 condition.

Coupon portion of order form is missing. No tattoo sheet.
